Gerald Lloyd “Jerry” Thomas

January 20, 1942 ~ July 14, 2014

Jerry Thomas, 72, resident of Mansfield, WA, left our world on Monday, July 14, 2014. He is working with our Lord and Savior, driving tractor and tending to the fields in Heaven. Jerry was born on January 20, 1942, to Leroy and Cleda Black and raised by Ellen Curbow. He was married to Nancy Thomas and had three sons, Devin Thomas, Darrin Thomas, and Daniel Thomas, all of whom live in the Chelan area. He was a person who would drop everything to help out a person in need. Jerry gave ten years of his young life serving on aircraft carriers while in Vietnam and was close to making Chief Officer, prior to having to leave the military to attend to a sick family member. Jerry’s smile and quick wit will be missed by all.

Services with take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2014, at the United Protestant Church, located at 130 West 2nd Street in Mansfield, WA. In lieu of sending flowers, please make your donation to the Mansfield Volunteer Fire Department and Ambulance service. Thoughts and memories may be left at www.prechtrose.com. Arrangements by Precht Rose Chapel, Chelan.
