Jeffrey Gregg “Jeff” Best (In Memoriam)

Jeffrey Gregg “Jeff” Best, 45, of East Wenatchee and Soap Lake, passed away July 1, 2014, at his residence. Jeff was born to Darrold and Elizabeth Best on March 10, 1969 in Omak, WA. Jeff moved to East Wenatchee in 1973, where he attended Grant Elementary and graduated from Eastmont High in 1987. Jeff worked at various fruit sheds as a forklift driver throughout his career. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping with his son, brothers, dad and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Lesa (Anderson) Hunt; sister in-law, Lolita Grissom; niece, Heather Best; and grandparents, David and Ruth Best, and Fred and Virginia Bryant. Jeff is survived by his son, Gunnar Best of East Wenatchee; four brothers, Darrold (Bobbie) Best of Wenatchee, Tony (Cindy) Grissom of East Wenatchee, Roger Grissom of Entiat and Randy (Kim) Anderson of Troutdale, OR; sister, Janice (Jerry) Rogers of Boise, ID.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at New Song Community Church, 11 North Iowa St., East Wenatchee WA. Honored to assist the family, Heritage Memorial Chapel, East Wenatchee.
