CHELAN FALLS — A wanted felon sought by authorities for two years was arrested Thursday with help from a Chelan County canine.
Neil B. Tilley, 36, of Wenatchee, was taken into custody about noon on a state Department of Corrections warrant charging him with escape from community custody. He had been convicted of second-degree assault.
Chelan County sheriff’s deputies used the department’s canine, Axel, and his handler, Deputy Mike Lamon, to make the arrest, said Sgt. Rob Huddleston.
