WENATCHEE — Educator and musician Eden Moody was on her way to hike Saddle Rock late last month when she looked up and saw a beautiful, rainbow-looking phenomenon in the sky over the landmark.
“I thought it was an aurora borealis. But it didn’t look like what I thought northern lights would look like, and it wasn’t at night,” she said. “I looked around and couldn’t believe that no one else was looking at it. It was so cool.”
