EAST WENATCHEE — When Norma Ohler and her mother, Erma Collier, travel out of town, they’re always looking at faces.
Maybe, just maybe, they say, Tony Collier will be among them.
“I think he’s gone but I can’t give up hope,” Norma said.
Erma sit quietly and nods her head.
Norma says the loss of her brother has left “a big, big hole in our lives. Thirty-nine years is a long time to not know.”
