WENATCHEE — Ron Crist wishes he hadn’t been so green back in 1975.
He’d been a detective with the Wenatchee Police Department for six months when he interrogated a suspect in what he thinks now was a murder.
“It got to the point where he was crying and, with my lack of experience, I didn’t pounce when I should have pounced,” Crist said.
