KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The Wenatchee AppleSox scored three runs in two different innings on Tuesday against the Klamath Falls Gems.

The only problem was the Gems scoring three of their own in the bottom half of those frames. Combined with a four hung in the bottom of the second, Klamath Falls took the series opener 10-8 at Kiger Stadium.
