EAST WENATCHEE — Douglas County PUD crews expect to restore power by 11 a.m. to about 20 PUD customers near 19th Street Northeast and County Club Drive.

Power went out at 7:30 a.m. after a powerline fell to the ground, PUD spokeswoman Meaghan Vibbert said this morning. Sunday's strong winds, with gusts in excess of 30 mph, may have been a factor in the outage, she said.
