OKANOGAN — Authorities say an Omak man who wore an ankle monitoring bracelet while burglarizing the Okanogan Eagles hall on Tuesday helped lead police to a second suspect involved in the break-in.

GPS information from the monitoring equipment first helped Okanogan County Sheriff’s deputies identify Kyle A. Snyder, who was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and first-degree malicious mischief. The monitoring data put Snyder at the Eagles hall at the same time surveillance cameras captured two masked suspects breaking into the fraternal hall and breaking open a safe.
