WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee Wild’s hot streak will be tested this weekend.

Wenatchee hosts the North American Hockey League Midwest Division-leading Fairbanks Ice Dogs in a doubleheader that begins today at 7:05 p.m. at Town Toyota Center. While the Wild (28-20-6 overall) have been very good of late — they have won six of their last seven and are riding a four-game winning streak that includes a three-game sweep over division foe Kenai River last weekend —this weekend’s series will be the biggest test in the tail end of the regular season.
