WENATCHEE — The federally mandated independent board of consultants hired to oversee the analysis and repair of Wanapum Dam’s partially fractured spillway includes a Cashmere engineer/geologist and two other well-credentialed experts.

Kim DeRubertis of Cashmere is licensed as both an engineer and geologist, according to his resume on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
