We read our Sen. Linda Evans Parlette’s report of the legislature that she e-mailed this week, a report that stressed the fact that the legislature adjourned on time and passed the budget with bipartisan votes.
The vote in the Senate was 48-1, and in the House 85-13. It was done with no new taxes, too. There were things undone, of course, such as no action on transportation. And medical marijuana is still an issue untouched.
