WENATCHEE — The Wenatchee girls tennis team appears to have made strides since last year and should be competitive throughout the spring.
“We’re an improved team over last year,” coach Norm Armstrong said in a phone interview. “We have a couple of freshman girls who have come in who are pretty competent tournament players.”
The freshman class includes freshmen Hannah Stonas and Hannah Davenport, both of whom have already made an impact for the team.
