WVC softball bounces back for twinbill split

WALLA WALLA — After suffering its first Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges East Region loss in the first game of a Saturday doubleheader, the Wenatchee Valley College softball team rebounded to post a win in the nightcap and earn a split against Walla Walla.

The Knights, ranked third in the first NWAACC coaches poll of the season, fell 6-3 in the first game, and won the second contest 8-5.
