WENATCHEE — Wenatchee product Matt Dorsey should have a bright future in the hockey world.
The 14-year-old was drafted 63rd overall in the Western Hockey League bantam draft Thursday by the Calgary Hitmen.
Dorsey is the first bantam player out of Wenatchee to be drafted by a WHL team. Dorsey, a center, spent most of his playing career in the Wenatchee development system.
