Bob Pell, 76, of Conconully and formerly of Wenatchee, died Wednesday, April 23, 2014.

He taught at Pioneer Middle School and Wenatchee High School. He also was a smoke jumper and tanker base manager.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jean Pell of Conconully; his daughters, Lisa Douglass of Wenatchee and Sue Kansky of Kirkland; his stepsons, Michael Poirier of Wenatchee, Scott Poirier of Olympia and Dan Poirier of Rogersville, Tenn.; and his sister, Kathleen Bitting of Malibu, Calif.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at the American Legion Post 10 in Wenatchee.

Arrangements are assisted by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee.
