November 28, 1922 ~ April 25, 2014

Olen E. Webb, USN., WWII Veteran, passed away on April 25, 2014, at the age of 91. He was born November 28, 1922, in Ralston, OK, the second eldest son of seven children to Roland and Rhoda Webb. Olen joined the Navy in 1941, where he served in the Pacific. Upon his return to the United States, he met and married Lucille Webb. They had two children, Ann A. and Jimmy G. Webb. Olen was preceded in death by Ann and Lucille Webb. Olen was a Journeyman Plumber for 28 years in Southern California. He enjoyed golfing and his work with the Masons, of which he had achieved his 32nd degree and was a recipient of the Hiram Award. Olen “Papa” was beloved and will be greatly missed.

Olen is survived by his wife, Betty; son, Jimmy (Jeannette); grandchildren, Jason and Faith Webb, Jennifer and Ky Beckstrom, and Jacqueline Webb; great-grandchildren, Preslie Laney, and Sean, Ryan and Ethan Webb; and siblings, Laura MacDonald, Annabel Marshal and Nancy Juanita Crest.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at Telford’s Chapel in East Wenatchee. Arrangements are by Telford’s Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee, WA.
