Norman Dean Fitzhugh, 73, of Brewster, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014.

He had lived in Brewster for 24 years. He was the superintendent of maintenance for the State Department of Highways.

Survivors include his wife, Janice Fitzhugh of Brewster; and his children, Brad Fitzhugh of Coulee Dam and Tammy Spicer of Spokane.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Barnes Chapel in Brewster. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Barnes Chapel, Brewster.
