MOSES LAKE — The Wenatchee boys soccer team overcame a 2-0 deficit to take a second-half lead against Moses Lake on Tuesday, but the Panthers couldn’t clinch the win, which would’ve ensured a state berth.

The Big Nine opponents scored three goals in a five-minute span in the first half and Gio Soto’s score in the 46th minute gave the Panthers a 3-2 lead, but the Chiefs found the back of the net in the 68th minute to send the game to overtime, and again in the 81st minute to win 4-3.
