Grants Pass, OR

Vivian R. Lowe, 95, of Grants Pass, OR, died Monday, May 12, 2014, at The Suites Assisted Living. Lowe was born in Windsor, Ontario, Canada on January 4, 1919, to Roxanne and Roy Roland. She graduated from Berkeley High School in Berkeley, CA. In 1939, she married David J. Lowe. They lived for many years in Wenatchee, WA. In 1995, she moved to Grants Pass, OR. She loved golf and playing cards. She always had beautiful gardens and was an accomplished artist in several media.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David, in September, 1989; and by three sisters, Donna Hoff, Shirley Arnold and Norma Reifel. She is survived by three daughters, Susan Schultz of East Wenatchee, WA, Kathie Lollar of Grants Pass, OR, and Laurie Venable of Grants Pass, OR; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
