COULEE CITY — Alcohol and excessive speed are suspected in a rollover accident Sunday that sent two young Seattle-area men to Coulee Medical Center.

Sergey Lakotiy, 24, of Kent was cited for drunken driving and excessive speed when the BMW sedan he was driving eastbound on Highway 2 left the roadway, struck a power pole and rolled, coming to rest on its top, the State Patrol reported in a news release Sunday. The incident was reported at 1:30 p.m.
