After a hung jury, Swinford goes back to trial for murder
WENATCHEE — The retrial of Steven M. Swinford, whose first trial for the killing of his friend Paul Raney ended with a hung jury, starts Monday. Chelan County jurors will be asked whether Swinford, now 21, committed second-degree murder when he shot Raney in a Manson living room Jan. 28, 2011.
