Willis “Bill” Rowland

W. L. "Bill" Rowland passed away peacefully August 25, 2014. Born in Barnsdall, OK in 1922, to William and Ruth (Edie) Rowland, Bill was also raised by a large extended family of grandparents, aunts and uncles. Following his enlistment in the Navy in 1941, he attended and then taught specialized aviation classes for much-needed Navy pilots at the University of Oklahoma. He received a medical discharge in 1946. After several post-WWII business ventures, Bill met and married Jessie Lee Weaver of Wenatchee, WA in 1955.

Greta Marie (Cyr) Bradley

Greta Marie (Cyr) Bradley passed away on September 16, 2014, at Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee, WA. She was born on September 1, 1930, in Van Buren, ME to Everett and Almeda Cyr. She graduated from the Catholic school in Van Buren in 1948. Upon graduation, she was employed at the local telephone office and operated the manual switchboard. She met John Dale "Jack" Bradley while he was a serviceman at the Caswell Air Force Base in Limestone, ME. They were married on May 22, 1954, at St. Bruno's Church ...

Vern Carl Hupp

Our Dad, Vern, was born in Gordon, NE to Opal and Albert Hupp. He attended Hay Creek School; a one-room school heated by coal. Dad was the oldest of four brothers; Orville, Eugene and Harold. During WWII, while his brothers were overseas, he continued to work on the farm, along with neighboring farms. Dad graduated from high school in 1947. In 1952, Vern married Betty Wolfe. Alice Vivian Bullock, 84, passed away at her home in Wenatchee, WA on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. She was born April 14, 1930, in Manter, KS, to Milon Alfred and Olive Leona (Downs) Bullock. She graduated from Manter High School, attended Fort Hays State College in Kansas, Wesley Hospital and Nurse Training School in Kansas, and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Seattle University.
