Emergency medical personnel tend to Justin Wood, Wenatchee, and his two daughters, 9, and 11, victims of a car accident in the driveway at 820 N. Kentucky St. Wednesday, March 5, 2014, just after 5p.m. East Wenatchee police had been pursuing the car but had called it off before the accident they say. The car, traveling north, hit a FedEx van, flew about 40 feet, sheered off a 12-inch tree and ended up in the driveway on its top. The three occupants were taken to the hospital with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries. Wood was taken to the hospital then booked into jail.
