Preparations are underway at the Performing Arts Center of Wenatchee for the 2013 Numerica Festival of Trees, a fundraiser for the organization. Tree decorating started Monday on the 12 trees for auction and they will be completed today. The free public viewing of the trees will begin on Thursday at noon and will continue through Sunday. Other events of the four day festival, include, Holiday Spice, a holiday revue, featuring local talent, Little Black Dress Party, Gala Dinner & Live Auction and Gingerbread Factory. Tickets for the events can be purchased online at pacwen.org, at the PAC box office at 123 N. Wenatchee Ave, or by calling 663-ARTS. As of Tuesday evening Holiday Spice was getting close to selling out.
