The River Academy’s Key Club hosted a holiday drive-in movie night last Friday as a fundraiser for Solomon’s Porch, a local shelter for teens. Students at the school were encouraged to make cars from cardboard boxes and arrive at the event in them. Along with the movies “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and “A Charlie Brown Christmas” the event featured a snack bar, live music and an audience trivia game. According to the school Key Club advisor Ingrid Millard, they raised $945 for the shelter. F
