WENATCHEE — The Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance has entered into an agreement with the U.S. Forest Service that is designed to usher in better trails in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest for the sport. The pact — called a Challenge Cost Share Agreement — allows Evergreen, which started a Central Washington chapter in 2010, to do trail maintenance and other work without the Forest Service having to provide staff members to oversee the work.
