Homeowner says eclectic collection is ‘yard art,’ not junk
WENATCHEE — The city has filed suit against a South Wenatchee couple who have refused to clean up their property as part of a neighborhood revitalization project. The lawsuit against Gene and Melba Duell was filed Friday in Chelan County Superior Court.

Cleanup notices don’t faze landlords
