First of all, a comment between two white people is never considered a racial remark and therefore the people making the remark are not considered racist. The same is true for any non-white person making a comment towards a white person. It is only when a white person makes a remark to a non-white is it considered a racial remark and that white person is then considered racist. I know, that is not being equal or following the same rules but that is the way it is right now. Yes, it is a double standard but white people have learned to live with it.

Mav kept using the word “shag” and in fact he used it so much I figured he must be a “shaghead” much the same as someone who uses pot all the time is referred to as a “pothead.” So, as you can see (I HOPE), shaghead has nothing to do with race, is not a racial remark and therefore is not racist as you stated above. I hope I didn’t loose you, as I am sure you are having a hard time following what I am saying, being a dog and all.

In the USA, you will not find one court case where a non-white was charged and convicted of being a racist due to a racist remark made at a white person but you will find lots and lots of them where a white person call a non-white a name and was charged as being a racist. I have been called names by browns, blacks, and yellows for just being in "their" neighborhood. I called the police a couple times and they said just to leave. But try calling a brown, black or yellow person a name in a white neighborhood or even back at them after they called you names and the white person will get arrested and charged as being racist. I have seen it happen to a couple friends even after the other started the racial name-calling.

Now, to quote you, "The term racism means that a person of ANY RACE believes that their race is better OR worse than any other race for no just reason." NEWS FLASH FOR YOU - two white people are the same race in the eyes of the law. Therefore, comments between two white people are not racist remarks because they are not racial motivated.

LAST TIME - Maybe this is over your head but it was directed at Mav, not a race (unless Mav is a race of people but I really doubt it). He kept using the word SHAG. So, like a person who uses Pot alot is called a "POTHEAD", I figured he must be a "SHAGHEAD". Get it now????

Explaining this to you is like explained the Theory of Relativity to my Lab. Her ears perk up, she leans her head off to one side a bit but her eye tell me, "Huh?"

You can try to twist this anyway you want but like a circle, it always comes around and pokes you in the behind! This is especially true if you keep your head stuck where the circle pokes you.
