Though I cannot guarantee it is Tim Eyman, I can say with certainty that he called our Opinion page editor, Tracy Warner, and made the exact same accusations of "Camera spam" to him. Which Tracy explained is not the case, since just about every commenter in this thread is recognizable as a regular on the site.
Bush wasn't charged in the two NCW murders until **after** he was arrested and charged in the Arizona crime this story is about. So, that crime's trial gets to go first, then he'll likely face trial for the two crimes he allegedly committed here.

Your comments were potentially libelous. You named a man and implicated he was involved in a murder. A man who has not been connected to this case by anyone, other than speculative commenters on this website.

Furthermore, first amendment rights do not extend to privately owned platforms. Since wenatcheeworld.com is a privately owned website, we can moderate comments by any guidelines we see fit. And, libel is not protected by the first amendment, so you're really not covered either way.
This comment thread went off topic. In order to realign comments to the subject at hand, any comments that did not pertain to the health benefits of yoga were removed. In addition, any comments that responded to those removed comments were also removed, to avoid confusion. Hope that explains it.
