Chelan County PUD commissioners toured the utility's warehouses, workshops and workspaces at Rock Island and Rocky Reach dams, PUD headquarters and its Hawley Street yard and shops. PUD officials are studying major upgrades of these old and crowded buildings that are in need of upgrades.
