Grant PUD hydro engineering manager Kevin Marshall talks about work underway to insert cable anchors from the top of the Wanapum Dam spillway into bedrock, below, to repair a crack discovered in late February. Four cable anchors are in place. One has already been tensioned with 2.5 million pounds of force.
