Wenatchee Kendama team member and filmmaker Matthew Ballard produced a video a few months ago that shows what Kendama players can do with some practice. "It's definitely been a while since I've put out just an edit of myself," Ballard writes in the videos caption on his Vimeo page. The blaze near Chelan stretched last night to highway 97, across from Azwell Orchards/Wells Dam. Various orchard workers stayed up most of the night ensuring the blaze would not jump over 97. Power was out all night for those who live in homes in the Azwell orchards.

The Chargers practice part of "I'm So Alone" in a basement on Methow Street Monday. The song was one of the band's hits from the late 60s. After 45 years apart, the band reunited in January with plans to tour the region and issue three unreleased songs.

From urologic and orthopedic surgery to trauma care and general health, our dedicated medical team is working sun-up to sun-down to care for as many patients as physically possible. Though our time here is short, the impact of their efforts will last for years through increased quality of life for hundreds of patients, and thousands more will benefit from the critical training and experience provided to local haitian medical staff by our team. These guys are heroes!
