LeeAnn Gibbs, better known as The Divine Cowgirl, sure has a great laugh. I talked with her the other day about a women's leadership program she'll be cranking up on Tuesday. It's called the Extraordinary Women's Leadership Series and is a five-week course in learning about communication, conflict, relationships and teamwork. It'll be held each week from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Wenatchee Chamber of Commerce office, 300 S. Columbia St. It ain't cheap ($295, with some discounts are available) but it sounds interesting.
