You’ve got just over a week to ready your nominations for the Cashmere Chamber of Commerce’s Business and Citizen of the Year awards. The deadline is Dec. 30, so get crackin’.

To qualify, businesses must be located in the Cashmere area, be a member of the Chamber, be active in the community and demonstrate excellence in their field. Citizens should also be active in the community (including service projects), promote economic vitality and generally go above and beyond expectations to better the city.

Nomination forms are available at the Chamber’s website (cashmerechamber.com). Winners will be chosen by a committee of community leaders and presented at the Chamber’s annual banquet on March 9.
