In my search for new music I found "Deadline" from the U.K. By new, I mean new to me. In reality...they've been around since 2001....where have I been?

The five piece punkers, according to their web page, have had numerous band members over the years however the current lineup consist of Liz Rose on lead vocals, Herve Laurent on bass, Ryan Smith on guitar, Jon Fawkes on guitar and Pacal Denni on drums. They have released 6 albums over the years and have opened for such bands as "Rancid" and "Dropkick Murphy's". While they do tour rather extensively, they have only done two short tours of the states back in '04 and '05.

One of their few official videos, here from the earlier days is "Last Night".

Another "official video" (the incorrect spelling on the video suggests punk) is "Long Way Home".

The last video is a live one with the band doing "Do You Think". To me it's got a Bad Religion feel to it which is just fine.

They are planning their 2012 tour season and I really hope that the states are on their list.
