Even though the Ramones have been disbanded for some fifteen years I do get a craving for some "new" Ramones music but alas it's not to be. However, I have found a band that when I need a new Ramones fix, I listen to these guys.

These guys are "Mean Jeans", a three piece punker band out of Portland Ore. The band consists of Billy Jeans on guitar and vocals, Jeans Wilder on drums and vocals and on bass Freak Daniels. They have one album to their credit released back in 2009 called "Are You Serious?"

Being as they only have one album out, there's not a lot of video's and any decent live video is pretty much nonexistent. However, I did find these. First is "Steve Don't Party No More"....sorry 'bout that Steve.

Lastly is my favorite tune "Born On A Saturday Night". The following video is a fan made one as Billy Jeans states in the comment section of the video "we had nothing to do with this video". They should have made one themselves.

I haven't found them to tour much. I do recall they played The Funhouse in Seattle last year. Hopefully they'll be touring in the near future.
