The Pacific Northwest Ski Association has named its Western Region J3 Olympic Team. Drew Holmberg and Makenzie Norwill of MRST qualified based on their strong skiing at the J3 Junior Olympic qualifiers. Holmberg, and Norwill will attend J3 Junior Olympics with Head J3 Coach Alexandra Shorter. The competition will take place at Mt. Bachelor, OR March 17 – 21 and consists of SG, GS, and SL races. The best 13- 14 year olds from the Western U.S. will be racing for a spot on the US Whistler Cup Team. Whistler Cup is a World Championship event for 13 and 14 year olds.
