Occasionally I am awed by the power some individuals confer to me. I realize I can be a pest at times but I really cannot work miracles.

Rock Island Elementary School has accomplished a lot of positive things over the past couple of years, so not long ago, members of the school’s administration thought, why not brag about them a little bit?
