WATERVILLE — About 100 students with their families showed up at the Waterville School District’s open house Sept. 7.

The annual event is meant to welcome everyone to the 2022-23 school year. For instance, the seniors this year had an orientation to discuss with teachers important dates, scholarships, and general information. The freshmen and seventh-graders also had an orientation with faculty to welcome them to the new environment and share important information. Other classes didn't have orientations, but could attend if they chose.
