Mission Ridge Stargazing: 8 to 11 p.m. Friday

Catch a stellar show during North Central Regional Library's inaugural stargazing event. The library will provide telescopes, iPads and a guest speaker — novice astronomer Jack Day — to help guests explore the night sky and discover constellations. Stargazers are encouraged to bring camp chairs and blankets for seating. The event is free and open to the public. The bar in the Hampton Lodge will be open during the event. Father’s Day Weekend Ale Trail: Noon to 5 p.m. Saturday in downtown Wenatchee

Downtown businesses will host featured selections from breweries and cideries across the state including local and regional brews. Advance tickets are $20 and include eight tasting tokens and a signature Ale Trail glass. Ticket prices increase to $25 on the day of the event.
