Trashion Show

TWISP — Confluence Gallery will present its ninth annual Trashion Show from 6 to 10 p.m. May 4 at the Methow Valley Community Center in Twisp.

One of the Methow Valley’s premier annual events, the Trashion Show combines waste with couture fashion to provide a truly unique event.

One night a year artists, designers, models and spectators join together and share in the creation of spectacular and odd outer (and under) wear. The runway show features upcycled and recycled outfits ranging from street-style to country couture transformed from everyday trash.

This year, Confluence Gallery has decided to restrict the event to designers, models and spectators 21 and older.

The theme is “Trashion Prom,” and there will be a photobooth, bar and the Fork food truck will be right out front.

General admission costs $20, with VIP packages available for $100. VIP includes limited balcony or front-row seating, early access and a preview cocktail party.

Don’t miss this incredible community event that helps raise funds for Confluence Gallery and Art Center programming!
