CHELAN — A wildfire that may have started from a structure fire near 25 Mile Creek State Park on Lake Chelan Thursday afternoon has spread to more than 150 acres.

Ground crews and helicopters were dispatched to fight the fire after the fire was reported at 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

South Lakeshore Road is closed at Chelan State Park (1st Creek Road). Slide Ridge Road is closed at Windy Camp. Shady Pass is at a Level 3 evacuation notice, meaning people should leave the area. Hales Road is at a Level 1 and be on alert. The 25 Mile Creek and Snowberry Campgrounds have been evacuated, said Mike Mueller, Forest Service spokesman.
