WENATCHEE — Another warm and windy afternoon and evening is in store for much of North Central Washington today.

The National Weather Service has issued a high fire danger warning due to high winds from 2 to 9 p.m. today.

Winds will increase from 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph in valleys throughout the region.

Temperatures will be in the mid 80s today with low humidity, creating a potential for fast-moving wildfires
