WENATCHEE — Charges against a co-defendant in the 2020 Colockum Fire were dismissed Monday.

Kirsten Bree Horner was charged in Chelan County Superior Court with first-degree arson and unlawful possession of heroin in connection to the 3,300-acre wildfire.
