EAST WENATCHEE — East Wenatchee terminated a state of civil emergency relating to the COVID-19 pandemic Tuesday night.

Mayor Jerrilea Crawford issued a proclamation at a city council meeting terminating a previous proclamation of civil emergency she issued on March 16, 2020.
