Weather Service issues fire weather watch for Tuesday, Sept. 6, and Wednesday, Sept. 7.

WENATCHEE — North Central Washington will face “critical fire weather conditions” Wednesday with a late-summer forecast for gusting winds and low humidity, the National Weather Service says.

The Weather Service in Spokane issued a “red flag warning” for 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday for much of North Central Washington and Eastern Washington.
