A three-vehicle crash at Chelan Avenue and Fifth Street Monday night blocked traffic for about half an hour.

WENATCHEE — One man was arrested after a three-vehicle collision Monday night in Wenatchee.

It was believed that a silver Nissan Titan headed westbound on Fifth Street at about 10:50 p.m. ran a red light, said Wenatchee Police Cpl. Brian Bolz.

The truck struck a silver SUV southbound on Chelan Avenue, forcing the SUV to strike a white Toyota Corolla turning right onto Chelan.

The owner of the truck was placed into custody on a possible suspicion of DUI, Bolz said. One person was evaluated for possible injuries.

The intersection of Chelan and Fifth was closed for close to half an hour while the crash was being investigated.
