Wenatchee — A 28-year-old Moses Lake man was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison Monday in connection with a stolen car, credit cards and drug possession.
Wenatchee Police arrested Levi Sterling Godfrey in November after finding items believed taken from an Orondo home and keys to two stolen cars in a hotel room he and his girlfriend rented.
Godfrey was charged with 12 crimes by the Chelan County Prosecutor’s Office before striking a plea agreement in Chelan County Superior Court.
Godfrey on Monday pleaded guilty to possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamine, second-degree identity theft, second-degree possession of stolen property and first-degree driving with a suspended license.
Judge Kristin Ferrera sentenced him to 43 months in prison.
Godfrey was also suspected of stealing items and a car from a Grant County home that shortly after burned down. As part of his plea deal, Grant County prosecutors agreed not to pursue charges.
