Sara and Brian Higgins celebrate their 10th year wedding anniversary as they walk down the Wenatchee St. Patrick's Day Parade route on Orondo Ave. Friday evening. They both invited family and friends to participate who all wore tin foil hats. "Tin" was their 10th year theme. And Ally Walker, 12, Wenatchee, walks her dog Daisy in Wenatchee's St. Patrick's Day Parade.
